Citrus 7 Ranch was born in 2022 when a Fresno County couple stumbled upon a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to buy this gorgeous ranch! Located approximately 3 miles south of Highway 180 near Sanger, this is a short jaunt from the city- but truly a world away!  The property encapsulates the serenity of ranch life with a modern flair.

The sprawling farm was a treasured homestead for its original owners for generations- until it was purchased last year. The goal for the new owners was to preserve the quaint qualities of the farmhouse, yet showcase its traditional elements timelessly.

Inside the 1948 home, natural beige, black and white textures create a cozy feeling with design details that create visual interest in every space!

The great room is complete with a seating area, fireplace and television- along with a dining table for six. A step-down bonus room-has everything from a bar to a big screen and a daybed. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, organic textures and walk-in closets!  A fully remodeled bathroom boasts quartz countertops and a modern white subway tile custom shower.
